Founding Engineer
Join us as a Founding Engineer and help build the execution layer for regulated industries. You'll own product surface end to end — from the execution engine to the integrations that move real work across a firm's systems.
What you'll do
- Build and ship the execution engine and workflow tooling
- Integrate email, documents, e-signature, CRM, and systems of record
- Design for approvals, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop control
- Work directly with design partners in production
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript / Python and systems fundamentals
- Experience with AI/ML and cloud-native architecture
- Bias to ship; comfort with ambiguity and ownership
- Care for reliability in a regulated domain
